Bullocks Feta Salad Dressing

Ingredients

½ cup feta cheese

1 garlic bud

¼ cup Greek yogurt or semi firm tofu

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp lemon juice or more

Pepper to taste

¼ cup fresh dill chopped

Mix all ingredients. Do not over mix the feta.
