le Move This sequence consists of a series of movements derived from art forms I have experimented with throughout my life such as dance, martial arts, yoga, butoh, theatre, chanting and meditation. In each class, you are guided into a challenging yet joyous and meditative somatic experiment. I have been teaching le Move since 2015. People have said that they have gained an overall sense of well-being and increased strength both mentally and physically by practicing these creative combinations of movements. And more importantly, a feeling that anything is possible.
Sylvie Boisclair, 2019
Some yoga instructors are amazing yogis. Some are master teachers. Some are compassionate people. Some are wise women. Sylvie Boisclair is all of these. I have been lucky enough to study with her twice at the Sivananda Ashram in the Bahamas and I can honestly say that I would not even know who I am without her. If you have a chance to study with her, take it.
