Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour

  • 3 Tbsp sugar

  • 3 Tbsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 2 cups milk

  • 3 Tbsp grapeseed oil or more for cooking

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and sea salt together into a large bowl.

  2. Add the milk and oil and mix until batter is smooth.

  3. Gently stir in the blueberries.

  4. Ladle the batter onto a hot, oiled pancake griddle. 

  5. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
