2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp sea salt
2 cups milk
3 Tbsp grapeseed oil or more for cooking
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and sea salt together into a large bowl.
Add the milk and oil and mix until batter is smooth.
Gently stir in the blueberries.
Ladle the batter onto a hot, oiled pancake griddle.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
