/Végé Pâté
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted sunflower seed
1 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds
1 chopped onion
2 garlic cloves
1 chopped carrot
1 chopped potato
½ of one lemon juice
1 Tbsp tamari sauce
2 tspn roasted sesame oil
1/3 cup favorite vegetable oil
1 cup hot water
½ cup nutritional yeast
½ cup buckwheat flour
1 tspn dried basil leaves
1 tspn cumin powder
½ tspn turmeric powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Place all ingredients in food processor. Blend well. Place the content in a parchment paper lined 9 x 13 inch dish that can go in the oven. Place in oven and cook for 1 hour.
